"Tuffcast" is the
trademark of Dupps for their unique procedure of Cast Flights. This technology
is a result of many years R&D, testing and investments, but the result is
there. A special wear resistant surface in combination with a shock resistant
core resulted in the possibility to offer a flight that is the same cost as the
ordinary known "welded" flight, but with a performance that is almost
twice as good as the ordinary flight. To show this performance, we have the the

It is correct, both of the above flights ran 1.940 hours, but as you can

came to this result by testing two Dupps "Tuffcast" Flights
sandwiching an ordinary welded flight. See on the picture below how we came to
the result.
